Development Updates

Week 51 builds on last week's viewing booking system with features that reduce the admin burden even further - and introduces AI-powered document verification for tenant compliance checks.

Viewers Can Reschedule Themselves

LetAdmin viewing reschedule screen showing available time slots

Last week we launched built-in viewing bookings. This week, we added self-service management.

When an applicant needs to change their viewing time, they don't need to call your office. A link in their confirmation email takes them to a page where they can reschedule to any available slot, or cancel if their circumstances have changed.

Cancellation emails and SMS messages go out automatically, keeping everyone informed without you lifting a finger.

Occupier Notifications

When you're showing an occupied property, the current tenants need to know. LetAdmin now sends automatic notifications to occupiers when viewing blocks are scheduled, and reminder emails before each viewing window.

No more awkward situations where tenants are surprised by someone at the door. The system handles the communication.

Google Calendar Sync

Viewings now appear automatically in your Google Calendar. Book a viewing, it's in your calendar. Viewer reschedules, the calendar updates. Viewing cancelled, the event disappears.

Calendar events include viewer details, enquiry information, and key collection notes - everything you need when you're heading out for viewings.

AI-Powered Tenant Compliance Checks

LetAdmin AI-powered ID verification showing document analysis results

The most significant addition this week: AI verification of tenant documents.

When an applicant uploads their ID, proof of address, or Right to Rent documents, LetAdmin's AI analyses them in seconds. For identity documents, it extracts name and date of birth. For Right to Rent, it detects immigration status, share codes, and expiry dates.

This doesn't replace your judgement, but it does the initial analysis automatically - catching obvious issues and highlighting what needs your attention.

This week's features continue the theme of letting technology handle the routine work so you can focus on the decisions that require human judgement.
