This was a transformative week for LetAdmin. With 77 commits across six days of development, we shipped four major features that address some of the biggest time-sinks in letting agency work: managing viewing bookings, automating enquiry follow-ups, tracking certificate compliance, and keeping contractor details organised.
Built-in Viewing Bookings
We've built a complete viewing booking system into LetAdmin, eliminating the need for external services like Appointlet or Calendly.
Set your agency's default availability (weekday afternoons, Saturday mornings, or whatever works for you). Configure per-property overrides for difficult access or occupier preferences. Share a simple booking link with applicants, and they can self-book viewings that fit your schedule.
Confirmation emails go out automatically. Your calendar stays organised. No more back-and-forth scheduling.

Automated Enquiry Journeys
When someone enquires about a property on Rightmove, what happens next? With LetAdmin's new Enquiry Journey, the answer is: everything, automatically.
Enquiries arrive in real time. Within seconds, the prospect receives an email and SMS with property details and a link to book a viewing. If they don't book immediately, automatic follow-ups nudge them at day 1, day 2, and day 7. When they book a viewing, the chase sequence stops.
It's the enquiry-to-viewing automation you always wanted but never had time to build.

Certificate Compliance Dashboard
The certificates page has been completely redesigned. Instead of a list of certificates, you now see a property-centric compliance view that shows every managed property with its certificate status at a glance.
Properties are sorted by urgency: expired certificates at the top, then expiring soon, then valid, and finally properties with no gas supply (where gas safety certificates don't apply). Red and amber badges make problems impossible to miss.
This means no more spreadsheets, no more "when did we last check the certificates?" conversations. Open the dashboard, see what needs attention, action it.

Contractor Management
Every agency has a list of trusted contractors - the gas engineer you always use, the electrician who's reliable, the plumber who answers the phone on weekends. Until now, these details lived in spreadsheets, address books, or people's heads.
We've added a Contractors section where you can store contact details, registration numbers (Gas Safe, NICEIC), bank details for paying invoices, and the types of work they handle. When you're uploading a certificate, contractor details auto-populate from your database.
