Who We're Looking For

Beta 3 has limited places. We're looking for agencies that match this profile:

Agency size

  • • Minimum 100 managed properties
  • • Maximum 600–700 managed properties
  • • Letting agents or estate agents with a lettings operation

Team commitment

We need two people from your agency to participate:

  1. 1. An owner, director, or the person responsible for software decisions
    This person needs to understand the business at a strategic level.
  2. 2. Someone involved in day-to-day operations
    A negotiator, senior negotiator, office manager, or administrator — someone who does the actual work.

Both participants will be involved in the session and follow-up interview.

How It Works

    Apply

    Complete the application form below. We'll review all applications and confirm places in early March.

    Pre-beta interview

    Before the beta, we'll have a short conversation with your team to understand how your agency operates today.

  3. 3

    Half-day session (18–20 March 2026)

    You'll work with LetAdmin in a realistic scenario. We'll observe how you use the features and gather your real-time feedback.

    Choose the option that works for you:

    • • 18 or 19 March — We come to you. Sessions held at your agency's offices.
    • • 20 March — You come to us. Sessions held at LetAdmin in Brighton. We'll cover your travel expenses and provide lunch.
  4. 4

    Follow-up interview

    After the session, we'll schedule a short debrief at a time that suits you during the week of 24 March.
