What the AI Extracts

From Identity Documents:

• Full name as it appears on the document
• Date of birth
• Document expiry date
• Document type (passport, driving licence, ID card)

• Name on the document
• Address on the document
• Document date
• Document type (utility bill, bank statement, council tax)

From Right to Rent Documents:

• Right to rent status (indefinite, time-limited, or no right to rent)
• Share code (if provided)
• Immigration status description
• Expiry date for time-limited statuses
• Whether the person is a British or Irish citizen

They drag and drop their passport scan, or take a photo on their phone. PDFs and images are both supported.
